Red Eyes & Eye Injury
Red eyes can be caused by various factors such as dryness, foreign body in the eye or an infection (sore or pink eyes). Most cases of sore eyes are caused by viruses and are contagious from the eye discharge.
At Dr Goh Eye Clinic, each case of eye injury will be handled by a multi-specialty team in treating the injury. Besides a detailed eye examination by the eye specialist; X ray services are available to check for fractures; CT scan to check for any foreign bodies in the eye and vitreo-retinal service for cases with globe perforation.
